Sold as "Used" but looked brand new to me with tags still on them. No scratches or scuffs, nicely boxed.Matches my Cat jacket (which I also love and have received a lot of compliments). Wore them the first day with no blisters or extra stiffness. Seemed comfortable. Great value in the features like steel toes protection, full leather uppers, waterproof, slip resistant, electrical protection. I can say they are resistant to slipping as I walked in the snow this morning and felt no slipping.Even at the full regular price, I would conclude that these are a great value.
The media could not be loaded. I bought these work shoes 5 years ago and I really can't complain, they came out very good, good quality of material, comfortable, completely waterproof, a little heavy due to the iron cube in the toe but nothing that you can't get used to over time. In this last year the material of the tips began to come off as you can see in the video for both shoes but it didn't go beyond that, what did happen to me is that the sole wore out over time as you can see and small holes were made. due to which water penetrates the shoe and becomes uncomfortable, but beyond that I can continue using them in dry environments without rain.In short, highly recommended if you want good work shoes at a good price.
Ordered these as I was quite tired of things in the shop landing on my feet. Was going to buy a pair from the Big Box store with the initial W, but all they carried were the wide versions, which after trying them on, was far too big. Decided to take a chance on these as they looked the right height for good support, and not too heavy. Was surprised when I received them actually how stout and heavy they are. They are very well constructed with good quality leather and other materials, and the toe box is not cramped at all, compared to other boots that I have worn over the years. The sole is quite thick and not flimsy at all. For as heavy as they feel in hand, once on, they are very comfortable. It may take a bit of time to get used to the weight, but then, I've been used to wearing only sneakers for the past I don't know how long. Fortunately (?) I have not tested the toe protection thus far, but given the rest of the boot, I have no doubt that my feet will be very well protected. These are stated to be waterproof as well, but have not tested that aspect to this point. However, from overall inspection, the materials used and the construction would lend itself to very well be waterproof. Time will tell on that facet. Give them a go....I don't think you will regret it in any way.
This is my third pair of these boots. They're comfortable and wide. Certified steel toes. I work outside in different terrain, dirt, mud, rain, Dimond plate, and they perform well. When new they're slippery on wet metal decks like Dimond Plate platforms. My feet stay dry in light rain and maybe a 1/4 of standing water. The boots sure don't breathe though. The steel toes work, a fork lift rolled over the steel toe and nothing happened. It saved me from crushed toes. When the boots wear, it's usually the soles get holes and some stitching.BUUUUT....the boots don't last as long as they use to. The first two pairs lasted about two years each. This third pair only last 10 months. I'm doing the same job. So I'm hoping this pair was just bad manufacturing this time around. So I just purchased a fourth pair. Let's see how long the new pair last and I'll follow up. If this fourth pair last less than a year again, I'll change my rating and search for new boots.
Great value. A little hard to break in but once they are, they are comfortable and durable.
Needed steel toed boots for work and ordered these. I'm very pleased. Very comfortable. They seem well built. I only wear them when I have to use a crane or lift but I give these 2 thumbs up.
good fit... good traction on snow... nice enough to wear to church!
I wore these boots for less than 5 months and they are breaking apart. Toe part ripped apart. I am a Hydraulic hose tech. They do get slippery. My military boots lasted two years and I would rather those than these. The steel part does rub and hurt after a while.
So I do carpentry/masonry work so we have to dig into the ground to frame our footing we do ALOT of digging and it was wet even going up almost to my ankles my feet and socks did not take any water this is one of the most comfortable boots I've ever wore and surprisingly even in 0 degrees the steel doesn't make your toes cold
Decent for an intermediate level, boot with ruggedness price and protection. The boots tend to be too heavy for high mileage use.Nice design and decently made product.
