  Very strong laces , customer service could be better ! Had a pair delivered defective , they wanted them returned I’ve had way more expensive items that the manufact. Just said to throw away and they replaced them ! However they did offer free shipping back I had no time to get them to post office due to work and was charged for the defective ones anyway !

  I read a lot of reviews before purchasing these and saw that people stated the became untied very easily. I decided to order anyway. Yes for the first month they were coming untied easily. But after the first month ( I wear these boots everyday) the laces don't untie themselves anymore!
